Founded in February 2001, Huaxiang Xiangneng Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of intelligent power grid and new energy equipment, general contracting of power engineering, and the construction and operation of micro-grids and integrated energy management systems. With a registered capital of 80 million Yuan, the company is headquartered in the Longting Industrial Concentration Area, Heshan District, Yiyang City, spanning an area of 96,000 square meters.

The company operates subsidiaries including Hunan SDK Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., along with two overseas branches: PT Huaxiang Technology Power Equipment Manufacturing (Indonesia) and Huaxiang Xiangneng Technology (T) Limited (Tanzania). The Indonesian and Tanzanian factories could support localized production, technical service and regional supply for customers across ASEAN and Africa.
